Requirements Before You Apply

• Choose the department first, then select your institution before filling the rest of the form.
• Prepare a brief cover note introducing yourself and explaining why you need the attachment.
• Prepare one combined scanned document containing passport photo, school cover letter, a valid insurance copy from a recognisable insurance provider, and both sides of your national ID or school ID.
• Prepare the NITA document separately with your school stamp.
• Have a working email address, phone number, course/program, and attachment dates ready.

County Terms And Conditions

• I confirm that all information and documents submitted to the County Government of Uasin Gishu are true, correct, complete, and belong to me.
• I understand that false information, forged documents, altered records, or duplicate submissions may lead to rejection, freezing, withdrawal, or removal from the attachment programme.
• I understand that attachment placement depends on county intake windows, departmental capacity, and the institution fairness distribution rule applied by the county.
• I understand that the County Government of Uasin Gishu does not accept liability for injuries, illness, medical costs, or other health-related situations during attachment, and I must maintain valid insurance cover from a recognisable provider.
• I agree to follow all lawful instructions, reporting procedures, and attachment requirements issued by the County Government of Uasin Gishu during the attachment period.
• I agree to maintain professionalism, discipline, confidentiality, respect, teamwork, and proper conduct throughout the attachment placement.
• I understand that county attachment is a learning opportunity only and does not create a salary, wage, allowance, employment contract, or other payment obligation by the county.
• I understand that I am responsible for checking the student dashboard, email notifications, correction requests, NITA instructions, and joining-letter updates through the official county system.
• I understand that failure to comply with county attachment rules or conduct requirements may lead to withdrawal of placement or other county action.
